Cancellations are only valid in writing!

Free cancellation or change of booking is possible up to the day of arrival under the following conditions:

• In the event of the country of origin being classified as a risk area and associated mandatory quarantine requirements on arrival.
• In the event of an upright travel warning for Austria/Tyrol/Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region and associated quarantine obligations after returning from abroad.
• Border closures
• Official closure of mountain railways and service businesses
• Official closure of accommodation facilities

Any deposit already made will either be credited in the form of a voucher for a future stay at the Alpenperle or refunded on request. 

Only one voucher can be redeemed at the same time.

The cancellation guarantee replaces the general booking cancellation policies.

No price fixing for rebookings. 

Provided no special agreements have been made in writing, our general cancellation policy applies: 

• free cancellation up to 40 days before arrival minus a service fee of € 25 per booking 
• from 39 days up to 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total arrangement price will be charged. 
• from 13 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total arrangement price will be charged
• in case of delayed arrivals, earlier departures or NO-shows, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total arrangement price will be charged.
