Well, we guess your vacation preparations won’t take that long, allowing you to focus more on looking forward to the wonderful time that lies ahead rather than on the planning! To help you save time and make way for dreaming and pre-travel excitement we’ve put together a list with the most common FAQ.

  • BUILT CLOSE TO HEAVEN: Located close to the ski slopes, with the Sonnenbahn Ladis cable car a three-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants and bus stop are all within five walking minutes.

  • ARRIVAL: Check-in from 4:00 p.m.; earlier check-in is subject to availability. Check-out until 9:00 a.m.

    Please let us know if you plan to arrive later than 6:00 p.m.

  • APARTMENTS: Our entire house as well as all our apartments are smoke-free areas with the exception of the balconies and terraces.

  • KEY: Your room key is also the front door key. Please understand that our apartment house is exclusively accessible for our guests.

  • ELEVATOR: The guest elevator takes you comfortably to any in-house facility.

  • PETS: Only permitted after advance reservation. Costs for pets are charged separately.

  • GARBAGE: For cost saving purposes and out of environmental consideration we ask our guests to separate waste in the labeled containers provided.

  • HAUSSCHUHE: Bitte bringen Sie Hausschuhe mit und benutzen Sie diese im Treppenhaus sowie im Apartment. 

    Ihre Straßenschuhe können Sie gern im Ski- und Schuhraum deponieren.

  • ADVANCE PAYMENTS: Reservations are only binding in written form. An advance payment of

    € 400.00 made by bank transfer is required to secure your booking.

  • STORNOBEDINGUNGEN: Stornierungen sind nur in schriftlicher Form gültig !

    + Bis 40 Tage vor Anreise kostenlos, abzüglich € 25,00 Bearbeitungsgebühr.

    + Innerhalb 40 Tage vor Anreise fällt eine Stornogebühr von 50 % vom Gesamtpreis an.

    + 14 Tage vor Anreise fällt eine Stornogebühr von 90 % vom Gesamtpreis an.

    + Bei verspäteter Ankunft, vorzeitiger Abreise und NICHT Anreise fällt eine Stornogebühr von 100% an.

  • PAYMENT: We accept cash or an advance payment by bank transfer. Please understand that a bank transfer after your stay cannot be accepted.

  • ADDITIONAL PEOPLE: The apartments are booked for the number of people you specified; additional people will only be accepted for a surcharge and if agreed by phone or in writing. This also applies to children.

  • TIPS & FEEDBACK: We’ll be happy to provide you with tips regarding the region, its shops, excursion destinations, attractions, restaurants, bars, customs, traditions and the people. As we’re always looking to improve our service and the wishes of our guests is a top priority, any suggestions from your side are highly welcome.
